“Working Royals”? Add that to the list of oxymorons, like jumbo shrimp.

What’s it mean anyway? Maybe they work at being royal.

Yeah, it’s ridiculous, and few would consider it real “work,” but apparently it involves showing up to dedicate a new hospital wing in Leeds, christening an odd naval vessel, that sort of thing.

It’s why they wanted out - or more specifically Meghan - because of all of the work they were actually expected and required to do. Apparently she thought it was all wealth, glitz, and glamor and not having to work.
