Smart and Final has HUGE rotisserie chickens for $6.99 I debone them make chicken salad, freeze the shredded chicken for several pasta dishes or casseroles once you make the casserole portion it and freeze it also!! I LOVE those BIG rotisserie chickens it also saves the money on gas not having to cook them!!
I never crossed the street for a rotisserie chicken UNTIL my wife made some chicken shawarma wraps with them...OMG, yum!
