That is the way I read it.
They are terrified to the point that they are hysterical, nuts, panicked.
And that indicates to me that President Trump has something on them, maybe even worse than their Russia Russia Russia fraud.
Whatever he has is so bad for them that they will do anything to get whatever it is out of his hands.
And that tells me that we should be cool, stay out of any violent actions and wait for President Trump to make his move.
