Magnesium Citrate is the best kind for arrythmia/other uses, from my bit o searching. I take it pretty often as my heart has had some very freaking weird episodes in the past.
I specifically went looking for magnesium glycinate (400mg) to pair with Taurine (1000-1500 mg). I think it may be too high a dose for me. Previously I was taking magnesium citrate (180 mg) with no issues. My skin has been breaking out like crazy (first indication for me that I’m sensitive to a supplement) and just feels inflamed, itchy and raw.
