over all plans are very general objectives. From reading Q drops, it sure didn't appear that the Q plan was merely general objectives; on the contrary, very specific steps. Clearly a very detailed plan. One drop said as much, just that the timeline may not be exact, due to not knowing exactly what the enemy would do.
