I know what you mean. The AD at Arizona State wanted to repay his mentor, Herm Edwards, by rewarding him with a job as head football coach a few years ago, despite the fact that he hadn’t coached football in 10 years. He’s black, like the AD, so it’ll be hard to fire him. They also don’t have the money to can him because they had to pay out something like $18 million when they let Todd Graham go prior to hiring Herm.

Oh yeah, we lost on Saturday to Oklahoma State, 34-17. It was a nationally televised game on ESPN and boy did we look bad. 🤬

I’m sorry to say it because he’s a good guy, a good citizen, and a good teammate but.......Emory Jones. He’s just not a legit QB. 14 of 36 ain’t gonna cut it. That kind of thing is typical for him. Believe me, we Gators saw it up close and know he’s just not a legit QB.
