You think he is the mastermind?
He got his ideas from somebody and he is a conduit for those ideas. That way of thinking is so common in elite circles that it would be hard to call Charles any kind of mastermind. He’s not going to have any real power, and with Europe backtracking on the “green energy” thing, he won’t have much influence in pushing the agenda forward.
Definitely part of it. Clayton and friends are careful to not step on toes but maybe you can read between the lines in this segment.
