He got his ideas from somebody and he is a conduit for those ideas. That way of thinking is so common in elite circles that it would be hard to call Charles any kind of mastermind. He’s not going to have any real power, and with Europe backtracking on the “green energy” thing, he won’t have much influence in pushing the agenda forward.
