It's the logical result of your own posted article.

The scientist explained who he thinks has the UFO remains that have been recovered in various incidents like Roswell, and why they have not been released to the public. “These remains went to places like Lockheed and other large aerospace companies, which wanted to profit from them, and a lot of them basically took a bunch of information, pulled it apart, and said, OK, let's make a profit on this.”

“And there are a hundred technological revolutions ahead of us. It's like giving a Neanderthal a cell phone and expecting him to figure out what it's for or how it works.”

It is also important to note that scientist believes that UFO crews have the capability of projecting things into witnesses’ minds or putting ideas there, so that even the reported human forms could simply be “avatars” or “biological robots” that are familiar to us, and are interacting with us, “simple primitive monkeys.”

We are still just stupid monkeys, but, thanks to aliens, select people have been chosen to advance what humans call “science” and had technological leaps given to us, through key people, throughout time. Humans are obviously too stupid to ever come up with anything of consequence, without aliens. We are just, as your own article points out, “stupid primitive monkeys.”

Don't you read your own posted articles?

Lol—you opened a Pandora’s Box and I don’t think you know what is in it.

Where do ideas come from anyway?

Plato wrote about this and suggested that there was a “higher realm” where the ideas hung out...

Other thinkers/theologians have argued that there is a “Logos” where all the good ideas may be found.

Still others talked about the “Akashic record” where everything about the universe was already recorded and you just had to hit the right “playback” button to access it.

In my own life I have come up with amazing and creative and “impossible” solutions to problems by using a simple trick.

What I do is forget about the problem, get a good night’s sleep, and have a pen and paper available right by the bedside.

The “inspiration” happens now and then during the night and I quickly write down the ideas before I forget them.

The world does indeed work in mysterious ways.

Unless I missed something (which is always possible), that is a conclusion YOU have drawn that was NOT in the article.

Just because we might be "monkeys" to a so-called alien does not mean or imply that we are incapable of creating technologies and other inventions that are valuable to ourselves and commensurate with our own technological progression.

In other words, you are inserting your own assumption there.
