Received junk mail looking notice today from Orange County Power Authority (California) today. It informed me that we are now (as of Oct. 1) paying them for distribution of power from sustainable sources! They automatically enroll us in the program, but there is an opy out… We immediiately opted out! What in holy hell is going on? We are free people and WE decide who we trade and buy from! Check out this BS
