More than likely the military just isn't in the business of sharing information. As the old saying goes, "tell a friend, tell the enemy."

To draw any conclusion as to whether or not the withheld information, if released, would debunk "other than Earth" theories of UFOs would be illogical.

In the 1950s the UFO occupants told contactees they were from Mars and Venus.

In the 1960s until today they picked star systems like Andromeda and Pleiades.

Maybe in a few years they will claim to be from another timeline.
