The more I study this the more convinced there is no “government” policy.

One example—the Atomic Energy Commission was in charge of the Trinity incident in 1945:

Supposedly they kept the craft (and occupants) to themselves—other parts of the government did not have a “need to know”.

It looks like the Air Force has its secrets, the Navy has theirs etc.

The compartmentalization has gotten out of control.

I can believe the US government is that stupid. They probably between all agencies involved most of the answers to their questions but not enough sense or due to paranoia to put 2+2 together.

Then again the last 30 years have shown the US government is capable of anything and incompetent at everything…
