First you say the FBI did nothing about the child porn.
But what does that mean? It’s ok to still visit the website? It’s child porn but FBI approved?
How about report it? Sounds weird eh?
How about don’t go to websites that contain porn, NO MATTER WHO IS PUTTING THE PORN THERE!
Sounds difficult eh?
So Q decided the best place to post was where sometimes, but very often child porn is posted and not dealt with or removed.
But that’s ok as long a Q provides you with the secret messages that only you and other Q’ers can decipher.
