Did you read the part about how the Feds could have shut 8c/8k down at any time so the Watkins were kinda of keen not to have part of their livelihood shut down. Those staff, admins, global volunteers, individual board owners and their volunteers, and the users there not wanting their forum removed did a dang good job on a shoe string budget.
I never saw any on the active Q related boards since poking around under the hood there since about Jan ‘18. But then I wasn’t there that much having a real life to deal with and didn’t have a wife who was a store manager of a Big Box store who could pay the bills and get me discounts while I played with my boy toys and spent an inordinate amount of time on FR.
