Well, it was the second coat for the door. I had to sand it in between coats, so this one looks a lot better. I’m just not going to break my back on it. It was left a mess by a former tenant who had a dog, and then the threshold was changed, causing the door to pull on the hinges, and it took me the better part of a year to get the door and threshold replaced.
It was a white door, and all I heard from the Yard Guys who were installing it was how expensive it was. It didn’t come out of their pockets so why were they complaining to me? Anyway, I offered to paint it, if the manager preferred (I didn’t want the Yard Guys in my house, thanks) and so here we are at today.
Not a hard job. Just a pain in the backside. But it’s done and if they want the inside of it painted, they can do it when I move out.
Evening.
Painted the front door last year, nextdoor’s landlord was moaning about it .
BS is everything with the rental market.
Okay ,no problem.
British racing green it now is. Really thin paint, took 4 coats.
The windows are Tamya rattle can white. Takes seconds, lasts a decade. :)
