I’m glad you enjoyed your talks. I think the PT is helping with the sciatica. I can lie on my right side without pain, now, although something still feels not-quite-right about my right thigh.
I need to thaw out some sauce for the bros’ dinner tonight and go to Walmart for a few things.
There was a Belgian who spoke at the evening session, but I’ll take a shower before I listen to him. I can still hear his delightful voice in my head from the last talk I heard from him early last week. (2020, preaching to the chairs)

One thing that works for me is to swing a baseball bat a few times, as both a lefty and righty... the proverbial "switch hitter." Doing that a few times a day usually gets it untwisted...
