Well, if the other car has a dented front fender, and my daughter’s first bit of damage is the wheel, then it seems the other car hit my daughter. But that’s just me.

Absolutely correct! Some things are easy to figure out.
I hope they don’t cancel her insurance, though, because it seems that’s what insurance companies like to do these days.
