We survived Mass. DP forgot to bring his guitar - just brought the case - and then, on the first effort, James brought a right-handed guitar, and then, just in time, Tom showed up with a left-handed one.
We changed the order of the songs so we could do our new Spanish one, which went really well.
Anoreth’s Dog has decided that James is sufficiently close to Anoreth that Dog has to defend him with great loud Woofs from people coming into the house. We all got an individual round of barking just for us.
Jake is unhappy and wants me to go to bed with him.
I put up with as much as I could before I pulled the “it’s time to put the old lady to bed” thing. The football game was good, but it would have been better if PW wasn’t giving me play-by-plays, like I had no idea what football was about!
Lunch was more of yesterday’s dinner, and it was just too much. So I declined dessert.
Now, I’m going to take my pills and begin to get ready for bed. My apartment is warm and it’s quiet. :o])
My feet got so cold at the Other Folks’ place that the arthritis in the arch bones rubbed up against the clog and gave me a blister on each foot in the same place.
My goodness! It sounds like everything connived to end up perfectly well in the end at Mass!
That’s funny about Dog! But if s/he seems to think James is a good substitute for Anoreth, then that works!
