Cannon probably entraps our wandering parakeets, Barrett, Kavanagh and Gorsuch, with her written foundation for the order, by matching it with their OWN written foundations of their past rulings.

Cannon easily has Alito and Thomas to stand on past precident, concerning presidential authority trumping NARA authority.
