IMO central banks are in cahoots with governments. The quote deflects the shared responsibility of the fiat currency printing press central banks and government in creating totalitarian prisons like Chengdu. That is why they are trying to destroy Russia. BRICS would show the way to eliminate the central banks and keep a country’s economy intact without enslaving the citizens.
