ALL THIS WOMAN HAD TO DO was carry pepper/bear spray in her hand while jogging and be ready to use it if anyone aggressively approached her..

So damn easy and a matter of life or death.

A dog that was PART PIT BULL was loose in the neighborhood and approached me during my walk. My finger was itchin' to pull that trigger but the dog turned out to NOT be aggressive.
