Hello, it is hard to ‘REhabilitate’ someone who was never HALIBITATED in his or her earlier life. This individual, and too many other criminals, have years of crime and incarceration and have not changed their ways. The terms ‘recidivist’ and ‘career criminal’ should be removed from the lexicon. Institute third strike laws which require execution of third time offenders as they will NEVER change their ways. Pedophiles only get one chance, then to the gallows.
