From everything I have read Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries in the world.I'm not sure they are a good pick to test anything we would not want to test in the US. Could be one reason the ruskies wanted to see what they were doing there since they are pretty close border wise and don't want that stuff coming into Russia.
If the Ukrainians play as fast and loose with the labs as they do with weapons they can hardly be trusted with anything done in a bio-lab.
As far as contracting out stuff the CIA contracts out a lot of stuff from wet work to pathogens and we know they are not to be trusted so why would we ever trust the Ukrainians.
Also from what I have read some of the pathogenic work done in the world was done in China both at wuhan’s supposed level 4 and elsewhere.
NO telling what Charles Lieber alone has done with his 66 patents and his 20 year history of working with the CCP. Truth is we really don't know what goes on in a lot of labs around the world or who to trust for that matter.

We contract out to many countries for various research not just Ukraine.

I chose Ukraine because it was the talk of the town. Yet all of the conspiracies about their “Secret” Bio Labs (that weren’t a secret at all) never panned out.
Russia had control of 2 if their main Bio Labs and never exposed anything regarding corruption or turning innocent humans into lizards.

My point was, look at what a conspiracy did with Bio Labs that all first world countries have and Ukraine is a first world country with modern technology and medicine.

I’m pointing out, that the “Secret” Bio Lab conspiracy was started and perpetuated by the same idiots carrying out various conspiracies here including vaccine conspiracies.

Zelenskyy was elect in 2018. Trump endorsed him. Zelenskyy came here and defended Trump over the “Perfect phone call” if you remember.
Zelenskyy ran for office and won easily because he promised to drive out corruption.

Yes, Ukraine was used for years by wealthy Ukrainians, Americans, French, British and more for shady deals and pay offs.

But most of Ukraine wasn’t corrupt. They were a modern country.

Ebola is researched by U.S. , U.K., France and more funded labs in Africa.
Finland is contracted.
In South America Brazil has contracts.

You are correct that China is conducting lots of paid for work on pathogens.
China is also conducting lots of research on unknown pathogens. They have their own “work”.
Russia, Iran, North Korea and all involved in researching pathogens and gain of function.

So we better stay on top of this or our enemies will cook up something very bad and we won’t have a clue how to remedy it.
