Well about a year ago, you made some sweeping statements about Broward Hospital (in Florida) which I was in a position to know where absolutely false. Nothing about you rings true, I seriously doubt you are an MD or DO.

The name “Gas_Dr” implies you are an anesthesiologist. Few anesthesiologists I know,and I have worked with many, have any sort of private practices. Those few who do see patients privately work in Pain Clinics. They treat pain problems, and like other specialists they refer their patients to their primaries for other medical issues — yet you claim to be treating all sorts of patients. Explain that please?

And by the way, how do you have the time to post here so much?

I think FR is your “real world” where you present as a physician. a stunningly arrogant one by the way, claiming intellect and knowledge far above the rest of us.

In real life, you probably drink too much and live on Disability for aome reason or other, and so this image you have created here for yourself is your life, and it wounds you to the core when you are challenged.

Or else, you are just a paid DNC troll.

If you were for real, you wouldn’t give a dang about what any of us thought, laughing at us all as you were paged to report to the OR in the middle of the night because there was pile-up on the interstate. You would be too jealous of your free time to bother or care what we think.

There are other problems I have with you, but there is no point going on with this. All I can say to my fellow Freepers, as a REAL medical professional (albeit not an MD) but who is in the unique position to judge your authenticity based on your writings, is that you are a liar with a way with words (interestingly many real physicians are not so erudite so your facility with words does not overly impress me.) Further, you really do not seem to know much about the real world of medicine; the medical dramas, while entertaining, do not show real hospital life.

The hospital upon which I have personal experience and direct observation. Not only have I reviewed my posts as I lived through the horrors of delta, the hospital that someone asked about I had knowledge of through a colleague and it wasn’t broward

Calling me a drunk further doubles down on your dishonesty. So, another flare prophet dispatched who cannot back up the plain assertions. Look at the comment history my friend. You are wrong. You have lied. And where is roving to whom I have asked the question. I guess you have to take up for him as he is proven wrong as he cannot back up his claims.

Are you some hospital janitor? That’s your expertise?
Because only someone with T.V. type of knowledge would think an anesthesiologist only deals with pain and rarely sees patients.

When someone needs to be intubated, who puts them under and tubes them?
Who monitors the patient? Who keeps them asleep (I’m dumbing it down just for you)?
Who weens them off the E.T. and O2?

If you need gas_dr to explain to you why he works in among other places in the hospital (surgery, ICU, Rehab, spinal injections) then you really don’t have your Big Position of Knowledge, now do you?
