btw, Moore Law Group isn’t a law firm, it’s a collection agency. You’ll note their web address is collectmoore.com.

From their website: “Committed to Superior Compliance in Legal Collections The Moore Law Group is committed to practice debt collection law in accordance with the maxim that although compassion and understanding cannot be legislated, they are vital components of the practice of law. The Moore Law Group practices legal collections law in such a manner that those with whom they interact are treated with dignity, respect, compassion and professionalism.”

Many governments lost similar suits, but not because of this ‘the virus doesn’t exist’ claim. They lost because of ‘Separation of Church and State’. You would be laughed out of court claiming that viruses do not exist.

The case of my church it was City and State the plaintiffs.  Church represented by Christian lawyers from Moore Law Group, not official by the collection agency but as individuals.

Fired healthcare employees around U.S. filed class action lawsuits against their former employers, all of them won by default.  Default?  Because they don't have documentation the virus could sicken people.  Fired employees winning class action lawsuits for unjustifiable termination of employment, that's not seperation of church and state.

And until now no scientist ever came forward for the $1.2 millions reward to provide that SARS-CoV-2 exist.  Maybe you can try.  That's like winning the California super lotto.
