It will be very interesting to see how the general population of Western Europe reacts to the coming shortages (energy, food, etc.) this winter. I expect to see some protests that will be brutally crushed by their own governments as that is what fascists do. Unfortunately, the general population will probably meekly suffer and die just like all the other poor fools who embrace marxism/communism/socialism/progressivism/etc. Of course, the elite will suffer none of the negative consequences for their actions because they control the flow of all the necessities for life. Human nature never changes.

I agree, at least if Europe was still only populated by Europeans. But there are a lot of, how do you say, ‘exotic’, people there now and they spend themselves broke and risk their lives to live in hell-holes that are worse than the ones they left - and those people DO protest.

I wonder how far down the chain of command & control this invulnerability will go?

There’s a large cadre of useful idiots who have been well-paid to flack & otherwise enable the globo agenda, but are they paid enough or given enough perks to keep them happy in the depth of essential shortages?

Might be some defections as reality bites.
