In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled REMARKS BY PRESIDENT BIDEN ON THE CONTINUED BATTLE FOR THE SOUL OF THE NATION [TRANSCRIPT], Dilbert San Diego wrote:

How do we end cancer as we know it? Cancer as we know it? What exactly does that mean?

"Proving that from darkness — the darkness of Charlottesville, of COVID, of gun violence, of insurrection — we can see the light. Light is now visible. (Applause.)

Light that will guide us forward not only in words, but in actionsactions for you, for your children, for your grandchildren, for America.

Even in this moment, with all the challenges we face, I give you my word as a Biden: I’ve never been more optimistic about America’s future. Not because of me, but because of who you are.

We’re going to end cancer as we know it. Mark my words. (Applause.)"

I agree with some who believe that the speech, in addition to being bizarre and insane, was crafted by his handlers to be veiled in such a way that Biden poses a problem(e.g., Charlottesville) and Biden then proposes to 'cure' that problem (e.g., 'end cancer').

The Deep State always framed MAGA/Trump for white supremacists' rally in Charlottesville. So MAGA/Trump is the 'cancer' that Biden is proposing to cure. But Biden's vow is veiled under a medical reference that is otherwise appropos of nothing.

Without all the veiling, it seems the core of Biden's Nuremberg rally is that he is warning people not to stand with those who expose election cheating (threatening to stop them with 'actions' both military and civilian, and more of his gulags), but is instead asking people to 'take a stand' with him in ending the 'cancer' threatening our very souls (personally, I think that means violence/riots).

So as more people on both sides of the aisle align with MAGA values and calls to address 2020 election cheating, the 'cancer' spreads and Biden vows to 'end cancer as we know it'.

Overall, Biden's big picture communications are something like, "If you don't support me, run from me because I have F15s, the military, and I'm sending my base (Antifa, BLM etc.) after you. If you do support me, take action on a personal, individual and collective basis to stop those questioning 2020 election fraud or else. MAGA/Trump are a lethal cancer on our nation, and I am the cure."

According to Biden, members of the public, "... look at the mob that stormed the United States Capitol on January 6th — brutally attacking law enforcement — not as insurrectionists who placed a dagger to the throat of our democracy, but they look at them as patriots."

Biden says we should view MAGA protestors as people trying to kill us and act accordingly, and says it's a mistake to (still) see those who protest his administration as fellow Americans. I believe he's enacting wartime depersonalization tactics to prepare the untrained citizen or new soldier for maiming/killing in 'self defense' of America.

It's hard to efficiently contrast Biden's call to action with a personal call for civil unrest, if not civil war. He feebly walked back his statements, but his 'troops' still received the original message loud and clear.

Trump is a problem even when not officially acknowledged as president because of us. In reality, they aren't after Trump as much as they are after us - Trump is just in their way.

That is one possibility. Another is to look at everything they say in reverse.
Up is down.
light is dark.
bad is good
end cancer is create cancer.

I think we all understand what the injections will create.
