Mebbe setting up for a false flag (MAGA).
Mebbe setting up for the 25th Amendment removal of Biden.

How about mebbe that red background ‘triggering’ some MKUltra types - was Joe Biden’s rant the Deep State’s equivalent of the anticipated White Hat’s twitter post “My fellow Americans, the Storm is Upon us..”
Could be all three. Set up the false flag and use Biden’s foaming at the mouth as ‘justification’ for mayhem that will be blamed on MAGA, and if the public doesn’t respond the way they want, then dems pull a 25th Amendment on the imbecile they’ve been planning to replace all along, and reassure the public (falsely) that the dems are ‘too freedom oriented’ to allow Biden to continue. They could score 2 points with one zombie rant this way.
