I seem to recall it was about the lack of ventilators....none in US Government storage
There was a disused factory that was converted to making ventilators 24/7....took about a week to come on line.

A year or so later, someone posted a photo on one of our threads of a trash field filled with ventilators. I wasn’t able to tell it was a photo shop or real.
