Prayers and best wishes to him. Four years ago a co-worker was diagnosed with medullary thyroid cancer. He was a big, strapping guy, too.
A few surgeries, chemo, and radiation, nothing helped.
It got him in the end.
Nasty, nasty stuff.

Everyone says that Thyroid Cancer is the one to have since it is so curable. Mostly women get it. Men are a small percentage, but can have huge issues. I wasnt scared of the Thyroid Cancer, but from what comes next. For many people, once they have had one cancer, they are significantly more prone to another cancer happening.
