Still in that 80's groove.
Sam Adams will be along soon to give an abridged version.:)

Song had a good sound.
Lyrics made no sense.
Not in my top 1000...

“Wishing” and “Space Age Love Song” are better than “I Ran” from Flock of Seagulls. But I am not hear to bang on “I Ran”. Good stuff too.

And I ran...
I ran so far away....

Nice hummable tune and melody. Decent video. Nothing special just your basic 80s style MTV music.
To: plain talk
Pretty much. I enjoy hearing it now and again.

I liked some of their stuff. Not enough to buy it.
I saw them in concert with The Police and the Fixx. Those two groups were outstanding. Flock of Seagulls were very good at dodging things being thrown at them. (They certainly weren’t bad enough to deserve it, but they weren’t great.)

A band that got their name from a line in a Stranglers’ song.

Mike Score of FOS lives here in L.A. and I’ve met him. Most of the 80’s Brit rockers live here now.

The stuff I really liked, I went and bought their albums. The rest I taped off of the radio.

Does it get any gayer than Flock of Seagulls?
Well, I guess Haircut 100 and Boy George come close.
