The tweet references the following linked article which doesn’t mention vaccine status of the athletes but does say they had contracted Covid19 and recovered. Interesting read.

Athletes were almost all given the fake vax if they wanted to play. It was mandated in almost all sports at every level.

Even today, unvaccinated Novak Djokovic has been denied entry into the US to play at US Open.
