There is enough outrage about election fraud and other Democrat malfeasance to give the Republicans a veto-proof majority in the House. The Democrats would be reduced to fewer than 50 seats in the House, and those seats would be occupied by the Hard Left, people out of touch with everyone but their own constituents. The Senate and governorships would end up looking like 1994, when almost every Democrat senator and governor went down to a Republican, even an unknown Republican who had been given little chance to win. Republicans take over more state legislatures.
Step #2
The newly elected House and Senate Republicans ditch their current leadership and replace them with hard-core MAGA types. Congress becomes totally adversarial to Biden and the remaining Democrats, and investigations open up, along with impeachments.
Step #3
State legislatures, now with MAGA leadership, retrocede their electoral votes from the 2020 election, charging that fraud was perpetrated. The legislatures file before the Supreme Court, as the court of original jurisdiction, charging that the 2020 election was illegal and fraudulent. The Supreme Court agrees with the states, permits them to retrocede under the 10th Amendment and invokes the 12th Amendment for a contingent election.
Step #4
The House elects the president and the Senate the vice president under the terms of the 12th Amendment. There will be later court tests of the 22nd Amendment when Trump files for a third term in 2024, but I suspect he will get the green light from the courts due to the unusual circumstances.
Your proposal sounds nice and legal and civilized, but there’s one problem with it. We are in “occupied territory” due to the election being stolen with the aid of the CCP and agents for the CCP who are US citizens. Interfering with an election by a foreign entity is an act of war.
This makes the situation totally different, and the Q plan will roll out as the Q team planned, and “the only way is the military” is where it’s going to have to go.
Your way won’t really work even if it sounds proper, due to too many traitors and criminals in power. And too many states still will have unclean elections, as not many states have fixed them.
