"Fenbendazole is supposed to prevent micro tubular cells from processing glucose. The theory is that it staves the cancer stem cells"
if the glucose isn't processed, what becomes of it?

I guess the cancer stem cells die and are absorbed in the body. The fenbendazole does not affect healthy cell.
Fenbendazole is actually a dog dewormer that was found to have anti-cancer properties many years ago. There is a lot of research available online. You can get a human grade version on Amazon as a “food supplement”, 90 pills for under $60.

(The only thing worse than having something taken from you is to have it returned broken. )

Most likely I would think, stored as fat as insulin rises and stores it. Then the fat is metabolized by healthy cells for energy.
