It may not be entirely her parents' fault.I have a nephew with Asperger's Syndrome (as she does).He,like her,is a damn smart kid but is
absolutely clueless,at 35,about how the world works...and how people work. He's not mean or nasty like she is but once he gets an idea in his head...regardless of how foolish...it stays with him forever.
And he has,and has always had,damn good parents.
