Three Arkansas law enforcement officers have been suspended after outrage at a video showing two deputies and an officer striking a suspect under arrest.
Cops said Randall Worcester, 27, was making threats to a convenience store worker in Mulberry, near Little Rock, on Sunday morning.
Police said when the officers confronted him, he pushed a deputy to the ground and punched the back of his head, leading to the arrest seen in the clip.
But footage showed the three officers on top of him, repeatedly striking him with clenched fists.
The video was posted to Snapchat with the stunned account asking who they needed to send it to.
Crawford County Sheriff Jimmy Damante issued a statement Sunday evening, saying two county deputies were suspended in the state police's investigation into the incident and the sheriff's office's internal review. A Mulberry police officer also was suspended.
'I hold all my employees accountable for their actions and will take appropriate measures in this matter,' Damante said.

I’m just disappointed that it wasn’t Chris Wallace instead of Randall Worcester.
If the guy physically attacks cops for no good reason, or anyone for that matter, I don’t have a problem with them returning some of his good will back to him.
Chivalry is treating others how they treat others. You show people how you expect to be treated by your own treatment of others.
Not far away. They let their anger get the best of them. Bad deal.
Just another goon squad. Looks like fbi training.
Just east of Fort Smith, not really near Little Rock.
Yea that is the problem, we don’t have the beginning of this video only mid way. I’d like the full story or as they say “police body cam”.
Unless they are attempting an unlawful arrest of some kind, or planting evidence, not too many things I can think of where I’d be for people beating on cops.
Those officers animals need to be brought up on charges and spend a long time in jail.
That is not the way our system is supposed to work. I find your comment so horrible.
What part of the video do you need to put in context the policeman taking the guys head and smashing it into the concrete? There is NOTHING that can justify what is in the video.
From the article:
“Police said when the officers confronted him, he pushed a deputy to the ground and punched the back of his head, leading to the arrest seen in the clip. “
I want to see that in the “Police body cam” Plus it should also be in the dashcam of the officer’s car and just maybe the cameras of the store.
If and I mean if it comes out what they are saying is true, then this guy was a total dumbass attacking cops.
Oh, for heavens sake, stop clutching your pearls sweetie.

Doesn’t matter what is at the beginning of the video. At this point they were in control and then went on to assault the guy. Suspended now, should be fired, convicted, and jailed. We do need to hold police to hire standard; hold them accountable for their actions.
I also marvel at what our phones have given us, visual insight into what our law enforcement do. Consider that not too many years ago they could have done this with impunity. Now, not so easy.
Why don’t you 2 anarchists go get a jar of hotsauce and a room?
If the Sheriff doesn’t want them, the IRS is hiring.

Sounds like he deserved it.
That used to be kinda routine if you fought with cops.
