Approval polls in Russia are very reliable.
Putin must be slipping if he’s down to 81% in a one party fascist state. The reality, of course, is that he couldn’t win a fair election at this point and he knows it. That’s why his viable political opponents end up either dead or in jail.
At least as reliable as the ones in this country.
The idea Russia is a dictatorship is lunacy.
Of course, the Russian people knew everything we and NATO have done in Ukraine to threaten their nation's security and that neo-Nazis and Ukrainian nationalists in Ukraine have been persecuting and committing genocide against ethnic Russians there. So, why the hell wouldn't the Russian people be all for the war effort?
The other idiotic assumption is that if Putin somehow died or was removed from office that anything would change in regard to Ukraine or the direction of the country. It wouldn't.
