and now it seems the feds are going to ignore the fact that it’s a ‘private club’ providing goods to its members.

why would the feds care? why would they attempt to penetrate a private club?

They are not violating any laws.
They are going against the rules.
Government agencies can’t pass laws.
They create rules.
If the rules are challenged, the agency, and this the deep state, loses their power.
The only way around this is to have congress do their damn jobs and pass legislation.
Every rule written by every agency needs to be eliminated, and the responsibility sent back to congress
