I’d be far more interested in seeing films made from unproduced John Hughes scripts (Oil and Vinegar, Bartholomew vs. Neff), although today’s Hollywood would no doubt screw them up in ungodly ways.

You probably couldn’t make those movies today. Certainly not how John Hughes wrote them anyway.

They’d be “PC’d” and ruined.

Imagine “Sixteen Candles” being made today? It would be beyond an abortion.
