That was their story under Clinton.
And I highly doubt that they crossed the t’s and dotted the i’s in any changing
of the rules on that since then.
President Trump declassified those records, and as unneeded backup to that act
he had a long established policy that records at his home were to be considered
to be automatically declassified, by simple virtue of them showing up there.
(Yes, the President of the United States DOES have that power.He can simply have the thought that the American People are going to need to know this in
spite of the evil ones that are hiding it, so I’ll take it home. “AbracaDeclass”.)
And if I’m right, they were and are the records Our Rightful President has
collected and declassified to prove high crimes, misdemeanors and treason by
the possessed miscreants dogging him, his family his friends and his associates
all this time. (while they have been frantically reclassifying and hiding the evidence.)

I’m expecting that we’ll get to see the info when we force [THEM] to give back
what they took. Perhaps even Durham will help.
Our President, who knows what he had, can now file FOIA requests specifying
exactly what needs to be confirmed or denied as now being in their possession.

Some might not watch watch the video but might read the story, so here’s the story on jackson’s ruling.
Jackson also ruled (kind of)for Pres.Trump here on record keeping...basically saying the court is out of it on record keeping when it comes to the Pres.
I doubt they give anything incriminating back without it being heavily redacted. These people are criminals and according to George Webb the FBI has been infiltrated by the CIA with the biggest example Peter Strzok.
A source close to the House investigation said Brennan himself selected the CIA and FBI analysts who worked on the ICA, and that they included former FBI counterespionage chief Peter Strzok.
“Strzok was the intermediary between Brennan and [former FBI Director James] Comey, and he was one of the authors of the ICA,” according to the source. (read more)

Peter “Pete” Strzok knew about the December 12th meeting between Brennan, Clapper and Cohen, because Clapper told Strzok of the meeting. Likely this discussion surrounded the need for Pete’s help in constructing the JAR; which would be the underlying evidence President Obama would use to expel the Russians…. Fast forward two months: “Trey Gowdy appears on Fox News to discuss the current ‘investigative’ status and reports of Brennan -vs- Comey on the use of the Steele Dossier within the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment or ICA.
Gowdy is one of the few people, along with John Ratcliffe, who has seen the full and unredacted FISA application used against Carter Page.
