I’ve read a few times that China has big facilities that make fentanyl and it’s shipped to MX who delivers it. Same thing (IIRC) with meth ingredients, they’re shipped to MX. Huge outfits turn it into meth in MX. People around here used to make meth, not any more. They just sell and OD on it.
Shipped. Most, if not all of it originates in China. Recall at one point since it wasn’t defined, people were ordering it from there via the package services IIRC.
Fentanyl manufacture with objective of subsequent shipment to the US should be a defined chemical attack. Nothing goes on in China without government knowledge there. It’s manufacture is with the explicit intent to harm our Republic.
