Assuming the mil leadership hasn’t gone complete Modern Millie I would expect that a lot of weaponry would be rotated in the interest of upgrading. Send the old stuff to the Ukes or whoever and give our units the new stuff. Any self respecting money grubbing, hand outing, kickback grabbing congress critter would support a plan to float a barge load of contracts for new stuff so’s he/she/it can get a group photo with our guys and their new stuff.
