I certainly learned a lot after reading up on it. Nelson’s strategy had never been tried before in history. But he knew that his gunners were faster than the French or Spanish and they had been trained to fire directly into the hull, where a cannonball exploding through 3 feet of hard oak would splinter into thousands of flying knives. On the other side, the Spanish were the original pirates of the high sea…they had a tradition of aiming their cannon high to take out the rigging and disable the ship so they could board it. They were trained to never aim for the hull because they would not want to risk sinking the ship and losing the cargo. Nelson knew this, which was why this battle strategy was considered so brilliant. The very first broadside of the Royal Sovereign into the Santa Ana exploded through the full length of their gun galleries and immediately killed 400 men.
Remote viewing or traveling in the spirit is a very interresting topic and is worthy of its own thread. The US military and some three letter agencies have been using it for decades to gain intel and there was even a research project called Stargate back in the 70s. The Russians are supposed to be ahead of the US in this kind of stuff and that is what prompted the US to learn more about it. Praying Medic has a book titled Traveling in the Spirit and he uses it for prayer and healing.
Thanks for sharing that story. It opens up a total new rabbit hole to explore.
