Not at all.
I'm saying that if he, or you, or anyone else accepts ADULT mutilation of the genitals ("but just not the legs, or the eyes"), you have surrendered completely using some kind of libertarian nonsense philosophy.
Once you grant that it is POSSIBLE that "Bruce Jenner is really a woman", you have to make unprincipled exceptions to prevent child mutilation.
Mutilation is wrong BY DEFINITION, not because of "lack of consent".
Some guy in Germany was acquitted of murder because the man he killed and ate consented to be killed and eaten.
As I said before, "Who says 'A', says 'B'".
Mutilation is right, or it is wrong. DeSantis hasn't said it's wrong, he says it's wrong BECAUSE CHILDREN CAN'T CONSENT.
That's not nearly enough.
