Answered ? not hardly and you know it.

Nobody looked at Dr. Kory's analysis. Dr. Mark certainly didn't and it appears you didn't either. Because of "anomalies" in Uttar Pradesh mortality data, their data wasn't included in the excess death report. No mention of anything else about Uttar Pradesh handling of COVID.

Money quotes ?

“While there are claims that the state began using ivermectin in May 2021, during the height of India's COVID-19 crisis, the government actually said it began giving the drug in August 2020.”

What claims ? and by who of a start date 5/2021 ? Dr. Kory specifically notes 08/2020 start date.

“Not only did it not hasten the end of that alpha wave, but it didn't prevent the delta wave.”

Ivermectin is not a vaccine. Where was it suppose to end the alpha phase and prevent delta ?

Dr. Mark also cited research where scientists looked at data for all deaths in India, and found that certain populous districts in Uttar Pradesh had no reported deaths at all for several months.
“So either you have to believe that ivermectin prevents you from dying of everything — car crashes, cancer, homicide, suicide — or, that the data is just garbage and you can't interpret it.”

The problem with this is, the first part is taken from "Preliminary Analysis of Excess Mortality in India During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Update August 4, 2021)" (ps. There is an update Sept.2021) and all versions of this report have this disclaimer:
"This article is a preprint and has not been peer-reviewed [what does this mean?]. It reports new medical research that has yet to be evaluated and so should not be used to guide clinical practice."
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.04.21261604v2.full-text

Yet you and Dr. Mark are taking it as gospel ?

And the last part(“So either you have to believe that ivermectin prevents you from dying of everything — car crashes, cancer, homicide, suicide — or, that the data is just garbage and you can't interpret it.”) is Dr. Mark's throw away opinion on Uttar Pradesh mortality data.

However, the report concludes this:
"Summing these estimates for 2020 and 2021, we estimate the pandemic-related mortality to be: 132.9 to 194.4 per 100,000 population for the entire pandemic (through June 30, 2021, Table 5). Assuming a population of India of 1,352,642,280, these rates correspond with a mortality range of 1.80 to 2.63 million people perishing during the pandemic in India from Covid-19 by June 30, 2021.

If the data from Uttar Pradesh are included, then the estimated pandemic-related mortality was: 111.6 to 161.0 per 100,000 population for the entire pandemic (through June 30, 2021), corresponding with a mortality range of 1.51 to 2.18 million people perishing during the pandemic in India..

Rather than reconciling anomolies, throw all the data out. Almost as bad as changing the definitions of immunity\immunization\vaccines to fit your current results.
