Could be, but there seem to be alot of Muslim murdering terrorists who are “mental”. Perhaps it is a tactic used by terrorists to get lenient treatment in the “compassionate” western world.
Wouldn’t be surprised if dedicated murderers, while following the instructions of their belief system, act crazy on purpose to get a “history” of mental instability, so when they obediently carry out their religious deeds they will be viewed as “going off the rails” rather than cold calculating killers.
