I drink from non sugar 1 Liter Tonic Water with about 4 drops from the little bottle shown.....just add to taste.....drop at a time as the tonic water fizzes up and can spill over.

I apologize for butting in here but recently I saw a meme about water and one directive is to drink a glass before bed to help prevent leg cramps. Are you getting enough water along with electrolytes? Just a suggestion.

As a former runner, I can recommend making sure you stay pretty well hydrated, and get some potassium in your diet. Both help with cramping. Bananas, beans, and potatoes are 3 decent sources of potassium.
As for the quinine, others have chimed in on that.
I did find that adequate potassium and staying hydrated really helped in reducing cramps.

All these quad vax’d people (Lloyd Austin too) coming down with COVID - why don’t they take another booster? The more the better I thought. But they’re not taking anymore! I think Jill Biden should dump the paxlovid and take 2 more boosters so she has 6. Of course I still believe in Ivermectin from my own experience and that of 4 others but I never trusted the “vax” but they did, they should start putting their money where their mouth was and start boosting!
