My hair dresser told me once that hair loss and quality is related to our health 3-6 months ago. Often when people are sick or have surgery, months later they lose a bunch of hair and can't figure out why, not realizing that it's tied to the state of your health a few months before.

This concept is NOT new and it's not only Covid related.
