The liberal notion of “Utopia” is what’s driving this, just like everything they do. They want perfection in everything. This isn’t a perfect world, and it NEVER WILL BE. We improve what we can with advances in medicine and technology, but it will never be the utopia they want, and to drag the rest of us into their grand experiment is not only wrong, it is extremely foolish.
Their foolishness is proving to be extremely dangerous not only to this country, but to the entire world.
Make no mistake, GSA is pushing EVs into the fedgov fleet, just like France did (but at several times the per-unit cost, I’d guess). Although... it’s likely that a federal office building or two might burn down because of the battery issues these things have. That would be a shame.
