I guess it is likely that she got some kind of mental breakdown (the testimony of the boyfriend). OTOH if what you wrote initially that she met and befriended Obama is true, then she may have ended up in a surveillance net. Bad technique may well have made her listen in on Obama’s conversations IF HE ALSO WAS UNDER SURVEILLANCE.
Just a brief story: After the murder of our PM Olof Palme in 1986 the older brother of a friend of mine was investigated (along with 100s others). He had nothing to do with the case, but had been stupid to say something less than comlpimetary about the PM where he obviously had been overheard by someone who did not like it. My friend and his brother shared a flat, and furing several months their phone (prior to cell phones) started to behave strangely; signals at odd times, strange voices during regualr calls, duoble signals when call were finished etc. Then after more than 6 months the brother was suddenly called to the police. Well, he had a pretty good alibi since he had been on a skiing holiday when the murder took place, so all well and good. But about a week after his vist to the investigators, suddenly the phone was alright again. Obviously they had been under surveillance.
Maybe.
I just don’t know why they were relentless in their pursuit.
Which Capitol Police officer fired the shot to her head when it wasn’t necessary? They didn’t release that info. We don’t know if it might be the same officer from J6.
She never fired a weapon. She never uttered a threat. She wasn’t drunk. She didn’t do drugs. She ran into the officer because he moved the bicycle rack barricade in front of her moving car.
All she was asking someone who might be obsessed with her is that she be left alone.
I’ve been suspicious why their pursuit of her was brutal. Even after she stopped. She was a nice girl. She worked hard for a dentist. She wasn’t political. Her family loved her. She meets Obama and she gets a ticket to hell. She suffered from depression after the birth of a child. That is not abnormal.
It’s not worthy of criticism by the media.
This story will never play out. She was just a nobody dental assistant.
End.
I was a telecommunications technician during my forty year career. For over twenty years I was a Senior Maintenance Technician and worked both inside terminal and outside plant, in switching centers and wire centers. The symptoms you have described have nothing to do with telephone surveillance. You have seen too much silly garbage in movies and television.
I saw install techs pull cross-connect jumpers from distribution frames which stripped insulation from other jumpers buried in cable troughs above them which allowed naked wires to touch causing cross-talk and erratic signals between calls. The same thing would happen with improper wire-wrap connections on the frame which touched the circuit next to it. I have seen poorly crimped Amphenol connectors that caused crossed wires. We even had bad multiplex cards that caused symptoms such as you describe.
I could describe many other causes of this sort of thing on a telephone circuit because it was my job to identify and fix these troubles.
I even had a problem that happen to me once. It was probably thirty years ago at least that my home phone kept going dead in the daytime but started working in the evening. I had the complaint worked on for two weeks, and had to escalate it to the Manager who finally assured me that they had Ohmed it out and proven that it was a cable problem. When I called for an update the last time, the Manager and the central office technician said that a cable repairman was working on it at that moment.
I jumped in my car and started driving until I saw a Southern Bell truck with a cherry picker bucket on it way out on the highway in front of a carpet showroom. I yelled up to the cable repairman and asked if he was working on my trouble? He asked my number and when I told him and he said he had just fixed it. The problem was that the black cable splice box had been heating up and expanding in the sun which pulled my crimped connection open. When it cooled down in the evening it would make the connection again and give me service. He pulled my pair out of the bundle, crimped them together with scotch locks and I never had a problem after that.
I retired from Verizon after 31 years and for eight years I have, several times a month, had dreams/nightmares of being back in a telephone facility still troubleshooting until I wake up talking to someone who is not there.
Trust me, if anybody was spying on him, he wouldn't have known.
But one thing you didn't know was that telephone technicians would listen to long distance telephone calls on the off hours just to stay awake. Thousands of calls connected to the building intercom for everyone to hear. That almost never happens now in the digital age.
